Ingredients (SERVES 4):
2 Gardenia Herbs Wraps
For cream cheese spread:
3 tbsp Cream cheese
1 tsp Lemon juice
3 tbsp Cream cheese
1 tsp Lemon juice
For topping:
1 can Amocan sardines in tomato sauce (fish only), broken into chunks
1 medium Tomato, sliced thinly
1/2 small Green bell pepper, sliced thinly
1 tbsp Sweet gherkins, sliced thinly
2 tbsp Red onions, diced
100g Mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, grated
2 tsp Vegetable oil
1 can Amocan sardines in tomato sauce (fish only), broken into chunks

100g Mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, grated

Method:
- Mix cream cheese with lemon juice. Then spread on a Gardenia Herb Wrap.
- Arrange Amocan sardines chunks, sliced vegetables and onions evenly over the cream cheese spread.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over the topping ingredients.
- Place another piece of wrap to cover all the ingredients.
- Heat a pan with oil on medium heat and pan fry both sides of the wrap till golden brown.
- Remove from pan, cut into quarters and serve immediately.
